How to Return or Replace Goods?
If your goods do not suit you, do not fit in size or you do not like it, you can undo it or replace it.
The statutory deadline is 21 days, but at www.swis-shop.cz you have 60 days to exchange.
Return the goods back to us with the enclosed copy of the invoice and the completed form to download here or you can use the online form at the bottom of this page.
- In the case of a replacement, specify exactly what you want to replace the product with on the return form (product code, color, size).
- Please order the goods you want at the same time via the e-shop with the note "exchange of goods". The new, ordered goods will be shipped once we receive the returned items at our headquarters.
- If you are not interested in an exchange but you want a refund for the items, do not forget to write your account number on the form.
Return Policy:
- The goods must be unused, shoes tested at home, and the shoe box unfixed with adhesive tape (use extra packaging)
- The goods must be in original, uncoated packaging (if applicable)
- Do not ship the package as a cash on delivery package!
