Snowboard brand Nitro was founded in 1990 in Seattle, Washington, USA. Part of the brand has European roots, as brand co-founders are from Germany and the Brand Development Division is based in Oberammergau near Garmisch. Nitro introduced its planks in 1990 at the ISPO. The success was celebrated by the giant. Why?
